Aside from being equipped with everything necessary to prepare a gourmet meal or holiday feast this space was especially designed for the master chef/ entertainer with 2 ovens, 2 microwaves, 2 dishwashers, 2 giant center islands, and an oversized double door stainless steel refrigerator creating the perfect space for large gatherings and entertaining. Adjacent to the center island is a custom glass table with seating for 12.
Parlor-
Across from the kitchen is the strategically placed parlor equipped with giant accent chairs and a large couch for socializing while enjoying the amenities of the kitchen.
Living room-
Giant leather sectional sofa with chaise lounger and additional seating to accommodate a group of any size. This oversized room is completed with a brand new 85” Samsung smart television, equipped with trendy LED backlighting. Double-sliding doors open the area up to a terrace furnished with 2 sets of bistro tables and chairs atop artificial turf, overlooking the quiet neighborhood below.
Roof-top terrace -
In addition to the 2nd floor terraces, the entire roof-top/3rd floor is 1800 sqft of finished terrace with panoramic skyline views of downtown Fort Lauderdale. Both sides of this terrace are finished with artificial turf and furnished with outdoor sofas, chairs, and a large professional bbq hooked up to natural gas.
Master King Suite (bedroom #1)-
This large king suite has two massive walk-in closets, an 85” Samsung smart tv, an enormous one-of-a-kind black tufted king-sized bed. It has a private large bathroom equipped with a jacuzzi tub and an enclosed steam shower with a 12-jet shower tower. This master king suite also has a balcony finished with artificial turf and a set of bistro table and chairs, overlooking the back yard.

The three king suites come equally appointed, ensuring that everyone on the trip is entitled to an equally amazing bedroom (no one gets the short end of the stick in this home!)
